With over 70 years experience leading and teaching in higher education between us, Tracey Sutherland and Julie Smith David have teamed up to work with colleges and universities, professional associations, and other organizations, to imagine their futures, support their progress, and measure their success. Projects range from strategic planning, to infusing technology into courses and programs, from curriculum development, to performance measurement aimed at achieving the imagined future.
This is an exciting time for all organizations. We have all dealt with significant change over the past two years, transforming our schools and organizations into digital businesses. Working virtually, we've been able to be more inclusive, to gain a global perspective, and to make more knowledge available in ways we couldn’t imagine before. Now is the time to reflect on the amazing work that's been done, recognize the strengths and weaknesses that have emerged, and design an exciting - and sustainable – future.
Your team is likely stretched thin right now - and could use some help – extra bandwidth with hands-on experience. We're here to leverage our expertise to bring out the best in your People, design Accounting systems to measure progress, capitalize on Technology, and partner with Higher Education professionals on campus and in related associations and organizations. Julie and Tracey have held many leadership roles in business and higher education. Julie began her career as a consultant and Director of IT, before earning her PhD in Accounting. After teaching at Arizona State University for 17 years and leading a research center there, she served as Chief Innovation Officer for the premier academic accounting association. Tracey was most recently the chief executive of that organization - where as executive director she applied her education and expertise in higher education to support over 7000 academic and practice members from across the world. Before leading that organization, she earned her PhD at Florida State University; afterwards directing a cross-university faculty development program while teaching graduate students. Tracey has served in leadership roles in faculty development and student affairs in both public and private universities .
Tracey and Julie have expertise in several planning and project methodologies.
